The Bite Size Festival 2008
In May 2008 a sell-out audience attended the first ever Bite Size Festival at Warwick Arts Centre to see an eclectic mix of work from:
Kindle Theatre ; Spanner ; The Other Way Works ; Jane Packman ; The Plasticine Men : Hamfisted! ; Jake Oldershaw and Talking Birds .
The day finished with dark and delightful cabaret from Jake Oldershaw's Intimate Histories - recently returned from the Moscow Festival - and local heroes Talking Birds with their twisted musical fairytale Trevor Goose and his Dark Night of Lights, which rounded off the day with a thoroughly unseasonal and strangely bittersweet taste of Christmas.
